Directions

Benefits
Feminine balance, supported. Spearmint, ashwagandha, raspberry leaf and six more, chosen to support hormone function and a smoother monthly rhythm — the promise printed on the front of the pack.
Calm through the month. Ashwagandha and spearmint are the calming end of the blend; cinnamon and ginger the warming one. No caffeine at all, so the cup works in the evening.
Skin and everyday vitality. Nettle and dandelion round out the formula on the side of clearer-looking skin and daily freshness.
A food supplement, not a medicine. Printed on the pack and worth repeating: not for pregnancy or breastfeeding, not for children under 14, and it does not replace prescribed treatment.
Who it is not for

What is in one sachet
Four grams,
weighed out
The widths are the weights. Nothing is rounded to make the picture tidier, and nothing hides behind the word “blend”. Tap a band to read what it does to the cup.

The sachet
Mint first,
then the rest
Spearmint is the largest part on purpose. It is what makes the cup easy to come back to on day nineteen, when novelty has worn off and only habit is left.
A course you can actually finish
is worth more than a blend you admire once
The course
Twenty-eight cups, then you decide
Four weeks, one cup a day. At the end the pack is empty and nothing charges your card again.
You pick your hour. It matters less which than that it is the same one.
The taste stops being new. That is when a cup turns into a habit.
Half the pack is gone. Missed days spoil nothing — carry on from where you are.
You decide. Order again, switch blend, or stop. We will not decide it for you.
How to brew
One sachet, 300 millilitres
Whole leaf, not dust. It needs room to open.
Straight off the boil, exactly as the pack says. Cover the cup if you have a saucer.
Three for a lighter cup, five for a fuller one. Longer turns it bitter.
One sachet is good for two or three cups. Pour the first, leave the pyramid in the cup, and brew it again later the same day.
What it is for
Balance,
through the month
The front of the pack says it plainly: promotes healthy hormone function. Here is what sits behind that sentence, plant by plant.
Every line here is the wording from the pack. Nothing is added on the way to the website.
